With the help of osTicket, we have set-up a helpdesk system or ticket service to help you, our clients, to request service and be able to reference those requests later on. It is a great help in workplaces where more than one person is allowed to initiate the request.

You can still reach us the way you have always done, or you can use JRHelpDesk. Either way we will solve your problem.

Step 1

If you are not a registered JRHelpDesk client, contact us and ask for access to the helpdesk system.  We'll create your account and e-mail you further details.

Step 2

If you are already a registered user of the JRHelpDesk system, please click here to login into our osTicket portal and use your username and password for access.

 

Step 3

If you want to view your tickets click here to and enter your username and ticket number to go directly to that ticket.  Else, you can just login to the JRHelpDesk portal and you will be able to view your tickets as well as create new ones.
